Return Policy DELICA ROSE
The contentment of our customers, we value highly. If you are not satisfied, you naturally have the right to return them within 14 days.
However, there are some exclusions to this (in accordance with Delica Rose’s General Terms and Conditions). These are products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned if the seal has been broken:
- All erotic items, including vibrators and dildos
- Games
- Body suits, stockings and tights
- Thongs, underwear, bras
- Condoms
- Tablets
- Lubricants
- Cremes
- Intimate hygiene products (tampon, sanitary towels, etc)
Erotic items can be exchanged if the item is sealed packed as it was packed and shipped by the manufacturer. This means that the shipping product may only be returned if the product is in its original packaging, unused and sealed.
The product may be returned in accordance with our terms and conditions. Then check that it is still in its original, unused, sealed packaging. You can send an email to the email address: retour@delicarose.com.
Do you have a defective product? Then get in touch using the contact form.
- Check that the return complies with Delica Rose’s return conditions;
- Report it using email address: retour@delicarose.com. Use the email address you used to place the order;
- Send in the email the reason for return, order number and photo of the item.
Within 48 hours you will receive with further instructions about the return. Didn’t receive an e-mail? Then check between your spam e-mails.
Make sure you provide the return with a Track and Trace code. As sender, you are responsible, and we would like clarity to avoid misunderstandings.
We will inform you of the processing of your return up to 14 days after receipt. We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.
Should you decide to return items, please note that shipping costs will be at your expense. We will refund the purchase amount after processing the return via the payment method you used. Have you used Klarna as your payment method? If you have not yet paid the invoice, you do not need to do anything at this time. When we receive the item in good condition, your invoice will be adjusted or the payment obligation will expire. Do you have further questions about your invoice?
